About Flower Essences
Flower essences are made by placing freshly picked flowers into a bowl of pure water, typically during a sunny day, to allow the flower’s energy to be transferred into the water. After a few hours of sunlight exposure, the flowers are removed, and the water is then mixed with a preservative, often brandy, to create the final essence. This process captures the vibrational energy or healing properties of the flowers without involving any physical components of the plant, allowing the essence to be used for emotional and spiritual wellness.
